Eneliko who plays in our U14 team, injured his back at softball training a couple of weeks ago. He was in hospital most of last week and has been off school for 2 weeks. Unfortunately Eneliko’s condition hasn’t improved much, but he is at home now and able to watch the team play. Get well soon Eneliko, from all your friends at Marist Softball Club, and we are looking forward to seeing you back on the diamond.

“Ramblers’ devastating 7-0 rout of United and Magpies’ 6-3 win over Bears in a dynamic and athletic contest concluded our show case tournament of 2015. The power batting and slick fielding on display throughout the weekend provided continuous impact for teams and spectators – the complete package of softball at its potent best. With the men and women in blue making the calls and the scorers providing the stats, the Brother Patrick and Doreen Hutchings was a complete success for softball and Marist as host. Thank you to all at Marist for making the tournament so successful and to all the participant clubs and spectators and supporters. See you in 2016.” – Frank Godinet, President Brother Patrick Tournament Results Most Valuable Player – Bernard Hale (Ramblers) Most Home Runs – Donny Hale [5] (Ramblers) Most RBI’s – Bernard Hale (Ramblers) Top Pitcher – Kyle Linton [0.064] (Ramblers) Top Batter – Brad Rona [0.636] (Northcote) Thursday 5 February 6:00pmBP01Marist53Otahuhu BP02Eden Roskill13Howick Friday 6 February 9:00amBP03Northcote18Bears BP04Ramblers34United 12:00pmBP05Marist78Northcote BP06United31Howick 3:00pmBP07Marist65Bears BP08Ramblers41Eden Roskill 6:00pmBP09Ramblers110Howick BP10Bears41Otahuhu Saturday 7 February 9:00amBP11United54Eden Roskill BP12Northcote100Otahuhu 12:00pmBP13Otahuhu (A4)41Eden Roskill (B4) BP14Northcote (A3)31Howick (B3) 3:00pmBP15Bears (A1)34United (B1) BP16Marist (A2)17Ramblers (B2) 4:30pmBP17Otahuhu (Winner BP13)16Northcote (Winner BP14) Sunday 8 February 9:00amBP18Northcote (Winner BP17)15Marist (Loser BP16) 10:30amBP19Marist (Winner BP18)09Ramblers (Winner BP16) 12:00pmBP20Ramblers (Winner BP19)71Bears (Winner BP15) 3:00pmBPFRamblers (Winner BP20)70United (Winner BP15) Doreen Hutchings Tournament Results Most Valuable Player – Carina Hale (Magpies) Most RBI’s – Katy Heatherington (Magpies) Top Pitcher – Sammi Parks [0.00] (Otahuhu) Top Batter – Michal Fletcher Friday 6 February 10:30amDH01Bears134Otahuhu DH02CMSA Roses011Ramblers 1:30pmDH03Marist210Bears DH04Ramblers05Magpies 4:30pmDH05Marist10Magpies DH06CMSA Roses03Otahuhu Saturday 7 February 10:30amDH07Marist74CMSA Roses DH08Bears43Magpies 1:30pmDH09Marist01Otahuhu DH10CMSA Roses16Magpies 4:30pmDH11Bears32Ramblers 6:00pmDH12Bears140CMSA Roses DH13Ramblers01Otahuhu Sunday 8 February 9:00amDH14Otahuhu24Magpies 10:30amDH15Marist07Ramblers 1:30pmDHFBears (1)36Magpies (2) |
